Hilton Garden Inn

We took ownership of the beloved Hallmark Inn at UC Davis back in 2018. A multi-million dollar transformation was launched in the Summer of 2018. The renovation of the 119-room property represented a complete re-imagining and re-branding of the university-adjacent hotel, and included the modernization of all rooms, lobby, common spaces, meeting rooms, and interiors.

The hotel officially opened in June 2019, just two months after the opening of the Seasons Restaurant. Inventory of available rooms gradually increased throughout the year until October when all 119 rooms came online. We are now fully operational. 2020 will be our first full year of operations.

Located on the lively F Street of Downtown Davis with notable walk-ability to shops and dining, the Hallmark Inn looks forward to its next era of sharing a memorable Davis experience with guests and the community as the Hilton Garden Inn UC Davis.
