Presidio purchased this property from Hyatt Corporation mid-2015. At the time it was operating as an extended-stay hotel, branded as a Hyatt House. We saw a tremendous amount of potential in this property largely due to its excellent location in the heart of the burgeoning greater Sacramento area. In November 2016 the hotel was re-opened as a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, a 158 room, all suites, full-service hotel, after an $8.5 million renovation.
The location is just 11 miles east of Sacramento, making it ideal for those conducting business in Sacramento and the surrounding areas of Folsom and Rancho Cordova. The spacious modern suites provide homelike amenities including complimentary WiFi, an HDTV, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a work desk.
