Early in 2017 Presidio partnered with Kenwood Investments to develop this one-of-a-kind property. It is situated ideally along the famed Embarcadero waterfront in the heart of San Francisco and will feature 192 rooms, 3500 square feet of meeting space, an innovative 4000 square foot rooftop event space and bar, as well as a spacious outdoor park that can be used for private events.

The popular cultural SF icon Teatro ZinZanni Dinner Theatre, a circus/cabaret production, will be a long-term tenant. ZinZanni has historically attracted more than 65,000 attendees annually and will add a unique cultural entertainment element to the Hotel.
